Belmont School is pleased to announce the launch of Woodland Explorers. A fun activity club aimed at children under five, which will give little ones the opportunity to try activities such as bug hunting, digging, climbing and den building and enjoy the mud kitchen in Belmont’s beautiful surroundings.
The club will run every week during term time on a Wednesday morning from 10.30am – 11.30am. Children must be accompanied by an adult and there will be a time for refreshments at the end of the session.
Kate Ward, Head of Early Years at Belmont School says “We are excited to launch Woodland Explorers as we believe Belmont’s 65 acres of woodland provides a natural playground for children. Our pupils benefit from their woodland environment on a daily basis and we believe it enhances their educational experience. Woodland Explorers is also an excellent way for children who are thinking of joining the school to play with other children of their own age before they join.”
Woodland Explorers is free of charge. For further details and to book your place, please visit the Woodland Explorers page or telephone 01306 730852.
