We study the Pearson Edexcel course, which assesses the four key skills of listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Topics include:

- Visiting France
Opportunities to visit France, either through organised school trips or informally with family and friends is strongly encouraged as exposure to the French language and culture is of immense benefit to those studying the language.
- Themed Days
GCSE pupils are encouraged to take a leading role in languages days and cultural activities across the whole school.
